Yes. You can study two courses at the same time. You can study all eight courses if you want, but only two at the same time. If you have a course part completed you can still start another course.
There are eight Microsoft Fundamentals courses available. You can study one or more courses. We have some students who have taken all eight courses. We allow you to study two courses at the same time.
Microsoft Learn is an online, learning-platform developed by Microsoft to teach cloud skills. It includes tutorials, practical labs and quizzes. You will be using Microsoft Learn to study for the Microsoft Fundamentals.
The courses use the Microsoft learning-platform called Microsoft Learn. You can access the courses on Microsoft Learn directly from your learning page. We do not track your learning activity. Click on the course you are studying and then under the Learn section click on 'Explore' to access the modules for your course.
You can access the relevant courses from your learning page. Click on the relevant course on the home page and then in the course page (under the Learn section) click on 'Explore'.
Please visit your learning page, log-in if necessary, and you will be able to access all of the resources for your course(s).
There are three stages to each course 1) Learn (using Microsoft Learn courses) ==> 2) Prepare (with MeasureUp exam practice tests ==> 3) Certify (with Pearson VUE online exams).
If you have not yet claimed your MeasureUp key then please go to your learning page and log-in. You can use the 'Withdraw' button to cancel your course. You can then start a new course if required.

Please look though your emails (including your Deleted Items folder). Pearson VUE will have sent you an email confirming the date and time. Don't forget to add the details to your diary. You can also see the date and time from your Cloud Ready Skills learning page. Go to your learning page, click on your course and the details are show in the Certify section.
No. All of the modules and practice tests are done via the web. For the exam if you take the exam online you will need to comply with the exam requirements provided by Pearson Vue.
You can access all of the course resources from your learning page. You will need to register to start your learning journey.
We recommended using your personal email address so that your learning record can follow you after you leave college / university. Please also use the same email address for your Microsoft exam Certification Profile which you can find here.
You can simply sign-in using the Microsoft account you created for your course, or, use an existing email address. Please use the same email address for your Microsoft Certification Profile when you are booking your exam.
There is no exact timeframe required. Each course is different but generally they will all take approximately between 6-20 hours of study. Your previous knowledge and experience of the topics being studied can significantly reduce the study time.

We do not stipulate a timeframe for the course to expire. Only once you have self-certified that you have completed the learning will we prompt you to progress to the certification phase. For the certification exam you can request exam accommodations from Pearson Vue. The process for requesting examination accommodation from Pearson Vue can be found here.
Go to the Microsoft Learn website (you can do via the relevant course from your learning page. Login to Microsoft Learn, in the top right corner of the Learn page open your profile, and then 'Link' another email address.

There are eight Microsoft Fundamentals courses available. You can study just one course, or even take all eight courses. You can access information on all courses from your learning page.
Use Microsoft Learn to work through the modules --> after each module use MeasureUp practice tests --> when ready sit your Pearson VUE exam.
At the top right of your course page click on the Home link, or you can click the Cloud Ready Skills logo in the top left of the webpage.
At the top right of the webpage click on the Logout link.
Log-in to your learning page. Click on your course then under the Learn section drag the button slider at the top of the 'Self-Attestation' section to show that you are ready to take the practice exams. Your MeasureUp key will then be shown on screen and it will also be emailed to you.

Yes - there is a separate Azure Starter Credit for those students under 18. Azure for Students.
Yes. Please follow the guide available on your personal learning page. The student account does not require a credit card (only the non-student one does).
Claim the free Azure credit when you start the Microsoft Learn modules. You will use the credit for some of the labs offered with Microsoft Learn.
Yes. The modules in Microsoft Learn will be covered in the exam.
The Azure credit will only be used when you create services that use Azure. You must follow the instructions carefully when doing the labs. If you turn off the service/and or delete them, then the whole course will use $15. If you leave them running, say accidentally over night, then the $100 will be used completely.
The learning path for the courses is ==> Microsoft Learn study modules ==> MeasureUp practice tests ==> Pearson Vue certification exam.
No. You should not be asked for a credit card. Please make sure you are signing up for the free $100 student credit.
Please make sure you apply for the Azure for Students credit option. You need to use your personal email address, otherwise the credit will try to be applied to your school and not yourself.
Using Azure resources costs money. When you work through the Microsoft Learn modules you can complete labs for hands-on practicals. These labs will use your free Azure credit. When you use Azure resources it costs money and so you need to make sure that you do not leave then running. Please use the guide available via your personal learning page for details on how to turn off services.
Yes, but if it does not, please feel free to self attest and confirm you have done the learning.
Microsoft offer just one $100 credit per person. You will need to use this for all of the courses. However, if you carefully follow the guidance on how to stop resources (so that you do no waste credit) you should have enough for all of the courses.

Yes, that is correct. Azure resources consume credit, a bit like phone calls on a Pay as You Go mobile phone. Make sure you don't leave them running, or it will use credit (just like not hanging up at the end of a phone call).
When you work through the modules on Microsoft Learn you can work through practicals using Azure. You will need the credit for some of these practicals.
Yes, if you follow the instructions. However, if you leave services running, even for a few hours by mistake, you may run out.
Yes. Microsoft have made all the Fundamentals certifications free for students as part of their Global Skilling program. You can study all 8 courses if you want to do so.
